Winemaker's notes:
Избата има уникално стратегическо разположение на границата с Гърция и Турция. Място, което свързва Европа с Далечния и Близкия Изток. Районът е сравнително равнинен, но лозовите масиви са разположени на хълмести терени пред планините на Родопите. Сравнително високите годишни температури и подходящите горски песъчливо-глинести почви са изключително благоприятни за червени и бели сортове грозде. Произведените вина се отличават с интензивно обагряне, висока плътност, наситен аромат с топъл южен характер и значителен потенциал за дългогодишно отлежаване.
