Ферментацията на гроздовия сок и люспите протича за 10 дни при контролирана температура от 24Сº. След малолактичната ферментация виното се стабилизира в стоманени неръждаеми съдове.

Органолептични характеристики:

Плътно с леки танини. Доминира аромата на горски плодове (къпина), съчетан с подправки, придаващи един балансиран аромат. Виното „Marquès de Sangor” със своята неповторима индивидуалност носи желания и свежест.
