Winemaker's notes:
Bin 41 is the best selection of Merlot each year. It is produced only during the best vintages. The first very successful vintage dates back to 2003. Limited edition of 5000 bottles only. With grapes harvested in the Trakia Valley, the wine ferments in vessels made of Austrian oak (3500 l capacity). It undergoes a maceration process of 24 days and matures for 8 months in French oak. 14,5% alc. 0,75 l and 1,5 l (Magnum) bottles.
