Winemaker's notes:
Variety: Grüner Veltliner

Alcohol intent: 14 % vol. Alc.

Soil: granite

Vinification: classic in stainless steel tanks

Character :
A fine, mineral aroma and typical Veltilner spice and pepper, tight and fine on the palate, well structured, again very mineral and fine spice in the long finish; makes already a lot of fun while drinking. It goes well with fusion-food or Wok-meals.
