Winemaker's notes:
With the Uniqato line the team of Damianitza aims to show superb wines from lesser known varieties, bearing unique style.


Variety - Rubin - a crossing of the varieties Nebbiolo and Syrah created in Bulgaria in 1944. The grapes were picked at ultimate ripeness to obtain better concentration of flavors. The lots were fermented at different temperature and pump-over regimes. The wines has aged in Bulgarian and French barrels for 10 months. Limited release, only 33 335 bottles. Suitable for aging. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
