Winemaker's notes:
Виното има свеж ароматен профил, с аромати на зрели цитрусови плодове, а под тях – флорални нотки и нюанс на ванилия. Вкусът е пълен, чист и свеж. С аромати на ябълка и праскова, и нотки на грейпфрут и бахар. Финалът е свеж, с освежаваща киселинност и баланс.
Ферментация: Със селектиран щам дрожди. Максимална температура на ферментация – 18оС. Протича за 45 дни. Съзряване: Умерено съзряване във френски дъб Алкохолно съдържание: 13.5% Киселинност/рН: 5.80 гр./л; 3.21 рН
