Winemaker's notes:
The grapes of this wine are gathered in one of the best maintained vine massifs in Lyubimets region. It is gathered with optimal technological ripeness. During the processing and vinification of the three types of grapes, enological practices are used aiming to achieve easier coupage and creating a wine with dominating fruit aroma. Regarding this only 20% of the wine in the coupage is grown in French oak. The colour of this wine is sparkling, with cherry accent. The aroma has very attractive fruit, dominated by red forest fruits, with integrated notes of oak, cinnamon and smoky undertones. The body is soft, juicy and very well structured, with light accent of tannin at the end.
