Winemaker's notes:
COLOUR: Intense ruby colour.
AROMA: In the nose one can detect warm and pleasant humus nuances, ripe black cherries and plums. The flavour is also dominated by ripe cherries, enhanced by the sensation of baked plums, caramel and bread crust.
TASTE: Full and rounded, with fine ripe tannins, completed by a lingering velvety finish.
AGEING: 10 months in 225 l French oak barriques, while part of the wine ages in 3 ton classic French oak barrels.
