Winemaker's notes:
This elegant rose is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the vineyards of the winery around Elenovo village, Thracian Lowlands region, where the soil and climatic conditions are extremely similar to the conditions in Burgundy, France - the native land of Pinot Noir. Attractive onion peel colour; delicate, spicy and fruity aroma, with hints of red cherry, strawberry and dry leaves. The taste is ethereal and elegant, with very well balanced acidity.
