Winemaker's notes:
Inspired by the splendour of the Cape's biodiversity, Fleur du Cap wines are shaped in perfect harmony with the forces of nature. Handcrafted with minimal interference by a devoted team of winemakers at the Bergkelder, Stellenbosch, these wines abound with fruit and flavour.
Style: Matured in small oak casks. Aromas of cloves and vanilla. Packed with black and red berry flavours with a long distinctive finish.
Terroir: Climate, soil, altitude, and slope orientation are selected to capture as much varietal character as possible.
Food Pairings: Grilled lamb and poultry, spare ribs, pork-roasts and game fish. Perfect with classic Cape cuisine like Bobotie and Malay Curries, as well as spicy Mexican food.

Превъзходен представител на сорта пинотаж. Много богато и освежаващо вино. Препоръчвам го да се пие леко охладено - 14 градуса би било перфектна температура. Опитайте с лека, сметанова или яйчна паста - например талиателе с карбонара.
