J.P.CHENET CABERNET SYRAH Vin de Pays d’Oc
60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Syrah.
The Vin de Pays d'Oc region is located in Languedoc-Roussillon in the south of France.
This wine is best served at a temperature between 16 and 18°C.
This wine can accompany a wide variety of dishes including red meats, cold cuts, salads and most cheeses.
Grapes harvested at peak ripeness, destalked and trodden before being fermented for 6-12 days at controlled temperatures (around 30°C) and gently pressed.
