Winemaker's notes:
Климат: Умерено континентален с благоприятно равномерно разпределение на валежите през целия вегетативен период.

Почви: Районът е известен с огромното си разнообразие на почви, подходящи за отглеждане на лозя.

Гроздобер: Традиционно топлите лета в района на Тракийската низина позволяват на лозята тук да акумулират високо захарно съдържание и подходящи киселини между 10 - 15 Септември, когато белите сортове гроздето достига оптимална зрялост и са готови за беритба. Гроздоберът на червените сортове започва 2-3 седмици по-късно и понякога продължава до първите дни на Ноември.
