Winemaker's notes:
The grapes of this wine are grown in the region of Svilengrad and are specially selected for rosé vinification. The grapes are gathered in cases when they are extremely ripe and are transported to the cellar by refrigeration trucks.

The vinification is made in two stages of sorting and précising technological control. The meceration is relatively short (keeping the grape skins), achieving very fine and sparkling light colour that invites for degustation of this soft and harmonic wine.

The wine has aerial and very soft light onion colour. Very elegant aroma with notes of strawberries and flowers. The body is complex, juicy, with pleasant sweetness and aftertaste freshness.
