Winemaker's notes:
Това уникално за България вино е направено от червения сорт грозде Мавруд. Трудността при неговото винифициране е да се запази цвета на виното, като най-важното условие за това е наличието на перфектно здраво грозде. За да не се оцвети виното, глоздовия сок (бял на цвят) се източва почти непосредствено след приеманието на гроздето във винарната. Така остава бялата гроздова мъст, която ферментира без наличието на джибри и от която технолозите на ЗАГРЕЙ направиха това чудесно вино.

То притежава искрящ цвят със сламено жълти нюанси. Аромат на круша и ананас. Вкус на зелена ябълка, пъпеш и ароматни цветисти нотки.
Препоръчително съхранение при температура 10-12°C

it is worth the money. very straight, with nice aftertaste. don't drink it too cold, it has the bouquet of its red cousin. highly recommended.

A successful experiment (or maybe i am an ignorant - this was the first white mavrud i've ever tasted). i am a drinker of whites only, so this one gave me a great pleasure since i never drunk its red cousin. but it is indeed a novelty. i really admire those wineries that dare to experiment with something local, original and authentic, not just the boring chardonnays, sauvignons, and traminers.
