Winemaker's notes:
Minkov Brothers Cuvee is a dry wine, made by selected, well riped grapes, vintage 2009, from own vineyards. It has matured for 10 months, 50% in barrels of American oak and 50% in barrels of French oak. There was no stabilization in the wine-making process, so lees could appear. The wine has potential to age in the bottle until 2015.
